Additional Questions

  • Who is our typical Columbus Ohio customer?
  • An every day customer is looking for custom screen printing or embroidery. It can vary from a small amount of items of one to two dozen to a extremely large run of one thousand costume T-shirts. It's all over the board. We do not have just one way of going about our business. Our customers are very different from each other.

We have so many different companies to choose from when trying to figure out which screen printing and embroidery company that we want to work with.

  • What is it that sets you guys apart from the rest?
  • How about our reputation for starters. We have more than seventeen years of embroidery and screen printing experience behind us.

Let's look at it this way. You're probably not going to be in business for as long as we have been around if you not great at what you do! Our facility is state-of-the-art and we have access to the very latest tee shirt screen printing equipment as well as use what is considered to be our industry's finest techniques. This gives us the flexibility to not just cater to the easy applications but it allows us to meet the most challenging ones as well. Many of these designs are quite complex works of art. We take a whole lot of pride in being able to take on jobs that a lot of our competitors would likely shy away from. These types of requests will range from the most complicated eighteen color images to ultra fine half tones and gradients as well as the most tightly registered images.

  • What do you think it would cost to have a custom T-shirt made?
  • There are many different variables that we take under consideration. Most every screen printing job is going to be unique unto itself. Even though all jobs are going to be similar, at the same time they will all be different from one another.

We will be glad to supply you with a free no obligation bid on your tee shirt job and any other type of garment that you might be interested in. we specialize in embroidery on finished caps. Unlike flat goods finished caps are round so they sew different than a flat item. Not every company is capable of sewing on a radius.

If you check out our web site, you will notice that it is very easy to navigate. The on line catalog has thousands of different caps including flex fit to choose from. E-mail us your image and let us know how many and what color tee shirt that you would like us to quote on. Also don't forget to let us know whether you would prefer embroidery to screen printing. We should be able to within 24 hours of submitting the quote request.

  • If I am paying for a film, do I actually own it once the job is completed?
  • Were not actually charging you for a physical screen, but we are charging you to develop a film . Once we are finished with the initial job, we will then archive the film and pull it later for future jobs when you are ready at no additional charge. How ever if for what ever reason you you request a copy of it, then we will be glad give it to you. By not actually storing the physical screen,it ends up being much easier on the environment compared to just throwing it away.

It also keeps the land fills from filling up. The second order is normally it is much easier because we don't have to start producing any color separations.

  • If I am paying for a set up, do I actually own it once the job is completed?
  • No, we're not charging you for a set up. We are charging you for a film. Once the job is completed, we will then store the film and reuse it later on a future job at no additional charge. That being said, if you do for what ever reason decide that you would like to have a copy of it, we will be glad to give you a copy. By approaching it in this manner, it ends up being less impacting on the environment compared to just throwing it in the trash and ultimately ending up in a landfill.

When dealing with a repeat customer, the second order normally goes much easier than the first order because we don't have to do any color separations. At that point there has already been a confidence and a relationship developed. You know us and we know you.

  • Does your quote also include the tee shirt?
  • Yes, it normally does. When we figure out your quote, it normally does include the T-shirt. We would strongly recommend that you let us provide the garment. We buy them wholesale and by the thousands so it is a good probability that likely we we will be able to obtain them for a whole lot less than you. Once in a great while a misprint happens or there is a hole punched in the shirt during the embroidery process. If that happens then we can replace the tee shirt afford-ably and quickly. We don't have time to stop the production process until you can bring us another replacement. Not to mention that if your supplying the garment, then we can't always replace it wholesale and sometimes we can't find them at all.

If you still would rather choose to go out and get your own t-shirt, then we can put together a special quote that would include the embroidery or the screen printing.

  • I really don't have any artistic ability for putting together what I want on the tee shirt, Can you please help me?
  • Most of the time our client will provide us with art work that is clean and ready to go. With that in mind, a lot of art work requires cleaning up or even color separations. in the event that your logo does up needing some extra attention, then we are glad to what we can in assisting you in cleaning it up. Keep in mind that a completed t-shirt is never going to be better then the art work that it started from so good clean art is going to be vital in order to give you a great looking completed finished product.

Can I get an estimate on some screen printing for my t-shirt project coming up next month?

That is more then enough lead time to get them completed. normally the production process runs its course with in 10 working days of receiving the down payment. We can go about this a number of different ways. One way would be for you to call us and then you could actually talk with one of our knowledgeable embroidery staff in person.

You could also get on our our web site. It was created with the customer in mind and is very simple to navigate. Just click on free quote request and then start filling out the necessary information required to give you an accurate bid. After that has been completed, you should receive that t-shirt estimate within twenty four hours of being sent off.

I have no artistic ability whatsoever. Can you please help me out?

Our average customer will provide us with art work that is camera ready. That being said, much of the art work submitted requires cleaning up or even color separations. However, if your logo does end up needing some extra attention then we are more than happy to do what ever we can in assisting you . Keep in mind that a completed tee shirt is never going to be better than the art work that it originated from. So good clean art is of the utmost in importance in order to give you a great looking completed garment.

I procrastinated too long to order these embroidered caps and need them in just by early next week. Am I still going to be able get them in time for my show?

We do have a 5 day rush service. We will access an additional rush charge when you're given your quote.

How long does screen printing normally last?

Well that depends on a whole lot of different variables. For example, How often do you wash it? Do you have bleach in your laundry detergent when you wash it? How often is it worn?

The most important part of the screen printing process in determining the longevity of the image is getting a good cure on the ink when going through the dryer. Sometimes you can walk a very fine line between burning the tee shirt and curing it. A common screen printing ink will dry at about 320 degrees Fahrenheit. If everything is done correctly the image should last every bit as long as the T-shirt itself.

We would really like to see some samples of your work that you have done before we commit to using you for this project. Would you be able to do that?

We could show you as many examples that we have done for other customers in the Columbus Ohio area as you would like to see.

Is my order going to be to small for you guys to even want to mess with?

We pride ourselves in our ability to be flexible.

We pride ourselves in doing the little things well. We give the small order the same respect and attention to detail as we do the large orders.

We're aware that the organization that requires a small amount of screen printing is often working with very limited resources and on a very tight budget.

It's all relative. Their job is going to be just as important to them as a huge order is to a major event with 1000 attendants. Therefore, we strive to give these type of requests the same respect and attention to detail because we know that it's all important. Trying to be sensitive to this along with our approach of delivering a fine finished product on time with a great price is precisely what sets T-shirt printing Columbus Ohio apart from the other custom screen printing and custom embroidery companies in Columbus, Ohio area.

Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions or concerns .

You will actually be able to talk to a real person and not just a voice mail.

If by chance we do happen to be on the phone assisting another customer you can rest assured that you will receive a call back as soon as we're done.

We look forward to meeting your T-shirt and wearable requirements!
